Tao Comedy Studio is Los Angeles’ Premier StandUp Comedy School, conveniently located on Western Avenue in Koreatown, two blocks South of Beverly Blvd. Owned by 30+ year veteran comedian and comedy coach Bobbie Oliver (author of The Tao of Comedy: Embrace the Pause) and husband writer/comedian Chris Oliver, Tao Comedy Studio prides itself on being an inclusive, safe space for comedy with an amazing Zen vibe.

Tao Comedy Studio offers the best StandUp and Improv comedy classes in LA, based on the principles of The Tao of Comedy. In addition to our comedy classes, we also have open mics, comedy shows and festivals and other events in Los Angeles. Our beautiful studio is also available for rent for your event.
